You will thank yourself later

“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” - Sean Patrick Flanery

What are you thankful for today?

What steps are you taking today that you can be thankful for now and in the future?

If you or someone you know are recovering from surgery or an injury or are dealing with persistent physical dysfunction or pain, you may be looking to feel empowered to make progress on your journey of recovery and restoration.

This is where I can help.

Tranquil Waves Yoga specializes in private, personalized yoga sessions for clients just like you.

Yoga, especially private and personalized yoga sessions, can be a great addition to your recovery and/or treatment plan. I believe in individualized yoga sessions as a way to improve or restore function and develop a deeper mind-body connection.

This mind-body connection is a deeper relationship and understanding between you and your body. Through the use of yoga’s mindful movement, you can improve this mind-body connection, your strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, and stability.

Taking these steps now will produce larger rewards for your future self and your function. Making an effort to address any dysfunction now can not only potentially add years to your life but will definitely enable you to enjoy your life through those years.

The sooner you start on this path the sooner you can make progress toward your desired goals. It will also allow you to build a sustainable practice to maintain mental and physical health down the road.

Whether you are recovering from a recent or past injury or surgery or dealing with persistent dysfunction of pain, yoga can help you manage your symptoms or improve your function.

Don’t wait!
