Yoga is a practice, meaning there is always something more to learn, a layer to peel away, and ways to grow. Each time you come to the mat, you need something different from your practice so you always discover something new about yourself. Yoga can serve as the bridge between your current path and the path you aspire to take.
My goal is to help you create and maintain a deep, sustainable, and empowering practice that fits and addresses your specific goals on and off the mat. Through my experience as a physical therapist assistant and training in yoga, I am uniquely positioned to be able to guide you farther along your path of discovery and healing.
Through 60-minute private yoga sessions (currently only offered virtually on Zoom) we will work together to create personally tailored sequences and practices to facilitate your progress toward your specific goals. While consistency is key to a transformative and sustainable practice, the frequency of our sessions will depend on you – your schedule, your needs, your desires. This is your practice and your journey; I am only a guide along the way.
